Job Responsibilities:

• Drive Industry 4.0 improvements throughout to create automation, machine learning, interconnectivity, and real-time data solutions.
• Seek out new and capable supplier partnerships to support product and business needs, driving industry best practices through technology roadmaps, leading audits, and guiding quality summits.
• Explore the possibilities of AI/AR, Robotics, 3D Printing, and Invention with emerging technologies to improve IBM’s supply chain.
• Be a part of an inclusive and supportive work environment interfacing with development, manufacturing, client care, and project management teams.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience in leading teams, resolving difficult technical and/or process problems
• Experience in performing Quality Audits
